In this case, you will only take our placement test, so as to know you are very fit for the level you aspire to join. Since you do not have any basic knowledge of the language, you will need to start from the beginner's level, which will give you the opportunity to learn German from scratch to the advanced level.
There's A1 level, which is the Beginner's level, then the A2 which is the upper Beginner's level, then B1 intermediate level, B2 semi-professional level.
Since you will agree that, no one can start school from secondary school without going through the primary and junior secondary, so everyone starts at the A1 level, before moving up to other levels because, each level builds on what was taught in the previous level.

Here is it, you don't need to write the Goethe examination for all the level.
If you pay 130k and write Goethe exam for A1, then move to A2 to write again, the A2 certificate is bigger than A1 which makes the A1 useless, then write B1 again, the B1 is greater than A2, that means A2 certificate examination you have written becomes useless.
