June 7 | 2024
This right here, is what millions of Nigerians dream of.
The dream life that only exist when you close your eyes for just 30 seconds.
You dream of working in a place where your skills are valued, you dream of travelling to a country where you can get paid crazy amounts even on your bad days, you dream of living in that magnificent house with your family.
It all feels real in just that short span of 30 sec, But sadly when you open your eyes, you're forced to face the harsh reality, that all that is just a pipe dream, it can never happen.
You've tried to get Jobs outside of the country but, you're forced to deal with unreliable travel agencies or your Visa taking almost a year or even more to be processed.
It feels so frustrating because you are trying to make your life and the rest of your family's lives better in the midst of a damned and harsh economy.
But did you ever pause or even stop to actually ask yourself just this one question?!
Out of millions of Nigerians, only a few hundred or thousand knows this secret. Not everyone will see this, but for the few of you that does see this, Congratulations! This is for you.
The Country that has defined all odds and has broken the rules of travel in recent years is 'Germany'...
Many of you might not have even considered Germany on your list of places to travel for work, but there is a reason for this.
Germany so far, is the best place for any Nigerian or any foreigner to work in,
but they don't scream on ads or dress up a man in a suit and tie, and barking on a billboard that they are very exceptional, unlike other Countries.
And those countries never keep to their word.
You know what I mean! In Germany, you're given the privilege to choose from a variety of Job opportunities, whether its in IT, Health care, Finance and so many more.
You just name it!
Before my journey to Germany, I faced a series of daunting challenges that tested my determination and resilience. Learning the language proved to be the first formidable hurdle.
Despite my relentless efforts, I stumbled repeatedly in language tests, feeling disheartened each time I fell short. Learning the language seemed like scaling a mountain, with grammar rules and unfamiliar sounds overwhelming at first.
Yet, every stumble over conjugations and vocabulary taught me resilience.
Navigating through unreliable travel agents was a frustrating hurdle.
Plans shifted like sand beneath my feet, flights were delayed or canceled, but each setback fueled my determination to reach my destination.
After all the wahala,...
Upon arrival, finding my footing in a new country was an adventure fraught with cultural misunderstandings and unfamiliar landscapes.
Yet, with each setback, I gleaned valuable lessons and found strength in perseverance. The cobblestone streets of Heidelberg greeted me each morning, leading me past centuries-old buildings steeped in history.
Outside the lecture halls, I navigated the bustling markets of Stuttgart, where vendors beckoned with fresh produce and artisanal crafts.
Each purchase became a lesson in cultural exchange, as I stumbled through conversations in halting German, met with patient smiles and encouraging corrections.
Yet, my time in Germany wasn't just about academic pursuits. I found fulfillment in a part-time job at a local café, where I honed my language skills over steaming cups of espresso and lively conversations with patrons from all walks of life...
Through their stories, I glimpsed the life of the German society—its traditions, its resilience, and its unwavering commitment to progress.
As my time in Germany drew to a close, I reflected on the challenges overcome and the personal milestones achieved.
I left with a profound sense of gratitude for the opportunity to immerse myself in a culture rich in history and innovation, and with a deep appreciation for the friendships forged and lessons learned.
Germany had become more than a destination—it had become a part of my journey towards self-discovery.
and a testament to the transformative power of embracing new experiences.
And hey! just so we're clear, this isn't poetry ok?!
Again, it's very simple. Not everyone has the mindset to put in the work. And i can proudly tell you that, the ones who now work in Germany, are doing spectacularly well.

I think one of the best thing is, you can easily do travel consultation with them freely. No charge for travel advises and assistance to Germany. Above all I am proud and a certified German speaker. I will definitely highly recommend a place that made me a certified speaker of the German language even to the German embassy.
